Travel  Deposit Policy

 

For all events requiring travel, a deposit equal to 25% of the total booking fee is required to secure your date. This deposit locks in your event on my calendar and helps cover travel commitments.

 

Travel fees are calculated at $0.75 per mile (round trip) in addition to the performance fee. Your total will be confirmed before booking.

 

The deposit will be credited toward your total balance and is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due after the event is completed.

 

I understand that plans can change. If your event is canceled, your deposit is 100% refundable with at least 72 hours’ notice before the event date.

 

For local bookings (no travel required), no deposit is necessary.
