What’s up! I’m AJ Quates.
A singer/songwriter with country roots and an R&B soul, born and raised in North Carolina. I’ve been making music since I could reach the radio dial, & I’ve spent years turning life’s ups and downs into songs that speak to the heart.
Fun fact - I had the honor of being featured on Season 2 of the TV show “Deb’s House.” A singing competition show with an unforgettable experience that pushed me, grew me, and reminded me why I do this in the first place. To connect through music. Whether it’s a quiet acoustic set or a stage that needs a little heart and grit, I bring real stories, real vocals, and a little humor to every show.
My goal? To make you feel something, whether it’s a tear, a smile or a laugh.
